When did being overweight become ok. I know that may sound harsh but weight issues are proven to lead to major health problems when you are older. If that’s the case then our weight should be monitored closely. Let me just give you a few major pieces of advice that will change your life:

1) Never drink anything with sugar in it. Not even a little.

2) Stay away from bread. I know it’s great. Don‘t do it.

3) Practice regular fasting. I rarely eat breakfast and most of the time I don’t eat after 6pm. That means that several days throughout the week I fast for 16 hours.


Remember there is no such thing as dieting, it has to be a lifestyle. You can do it
