No Gi and Kickboxing attire is spats, shorts and rash guard. Proper safety  pads are  required for kickboxing. Hygiene is important in the gym. Please keep uniforms clean, nails clipped, hair pulled back and shoes are to be worn in the bathrooms.  

Ages 5-8  Focuses on Self-Defense by teaching the basic movements of Jiu-Jitsu.  Our goal is to help children develop strength, flexibility, confidence, and awareness.  We will push the students in every area of mental and physical strength as we prepare them for possible real life encounters. 

 Ages 9-12:  The 9-12 year old class will focus on more complex Jiu-Jitsu.  All students will start with the basics and then be challenged to put those concepts into action.  This class is fitness heavy.  Students will be asked to push their limits.  We want to show each student that with hard work, they can accomplish anything.
