Ladies Only

A fun filled class learning jiu-jitsu with ladies only. Don't be afraid. When you join Excelsior Jiu Jitsu, you are joining a community that is devoted to the growth and encouraging our members on and off the mats. You will learn the art of Jiu Jitsu, but more importantly, you will be joining a family that is built around trust, faith, loyalty, respect, and above all integrity.

Grab a friend or come just as you are by yourself you will be welcomed either way. 

We encourage mothers and daughters to attend this class together. 

Ladies  class is only offered in the Zachary location.
