Excelsior Jiu Jitsu is a family-oriented Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy based in Denham Springs and Zachary, Louisiana. We strive to provide the highest quality Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training through a focus on strength, flexibility, confidence, and awareness. We want every student to achieve their goals in a safe, fun, and friendly environment. We have a team of the best instructors in the area to ensure that our students are receiving a well-rounded curriculum based on the philosophy of TRUJITSU. We offer adult, children, and women's only classes, as well as, kickboxing classes.
