Ages 9-13: The 9-13 year old class will focus on more complex Jiu-Jitsu. All students will start with the basics and then be challenged to put those concepts into action. This class is fitness heavy. Students will be asked to push their limits. We want to show each student that with hard work, they can accomplish anything.

Ages 4-8: Focuses on Self-Defense by teaching the basic movements of Jiu-Jitsu. Our goal is to help children develop strength, flexibility, confidence, and awareness. We will push the students in every area of mental and physical strength as we prepare them for possible real life encounters.
Teen/Adult: The Teen-Adult class will strive to learn the highest levels of Jiu-Jitsu. Each class will put a great deal of focus on live training against an opponent. This class is designed to be life changing. Students who train in this class will notice drastic improvements in cardio, flexibility, energy and an overall since of accomplishment.
NO GI AND GI
What is No-Gi: The No-Gi class is a submission wrestling class. The focus will be the same as the Gi class only you are not allowed to grab any clothing. This class will be packed with cardio and is designed to test your endurance each day.
What is Gi: The Gi class is where students wear the traditional Kimono or marital arts uniform. In a real life situation students will learn to control their opponent by manipulating their body parts and any clothing they may be wearing. This class is foundation for all Jiu-Jitsu students.
